MASSAGE CLASS

Estill County Community Education presents a Basic Massage Techniques Class for Caregivers of those touched by cancer.  Learn therapeutic massage techniques, precautions, and proper body mechanics to massage family members at home.  Help alleviate some of the discomforts of cancer and its treatments and improve overall quality of life.  Saturday, May 3, 1-5 p.m. Community Hall of Irvine United Methodist Church.  Instructor is a WaysMeet Healing Arts Center Affiliate and a licensed massage therapist.  $40/person.  Register and pay by April 30.  (If needed, funding assistance is available.)  For more information, contact Community Ed Director Joe Crawford at 723-2450 or jcrawford@estillcountyky.net.
